Apartments.com Sets Record with Jeff Goldblum Ad

In March, Costar revealed a redesigned Apartments.com and launched a national ad campaign featuring Jeff Goldblum in an effort to draw Millennial apartment hunters. It worked. Amid fond Jurassic Park flashbacks, nearly 7 million apartment hunters flocked to Apartments.com, resulting in over 15 million total visits in March 2015, making it the most visited apartment listing website. That's a 73% leap from March 2014, and a 116% jump in unique visitors, the company reports. It didn't stop with Apartments.com either. The entire Costar network saw over 37.1 million visits and over 22.4 million monthly unique visitors in March, representing an increase of 63% and 35%, respectively, compared to 2014.
