JLL Report: 9 US Cities Crack Top 25 Global Commercial Markets List

JLL has released its most recent City Investment Intensity Index, which looks at the cities that attract the most real estate investment relative to their size, and nine of the top 25 cities are in the US.

Honolulu leads the pack, rounding out the top five overall (behind London, Munich, Sydney and Oslo). Meanwhile, tech cities like San Jose (10), San Francisco (11) and Austin (12) are also highly sought after. Boston slid in among the top 20 (18), with 50% more investment in the past year.

Other US markets to make the list include New York (17), DC (22), Denver (23) and Seattle (25).
