Third Time's The Charm: Fundrise eREIT Sells Out In Less Than One Hour

For the third time in a row, real estate crowdfunding platform Fundrise sold out its eREIT subscriptions, this time less than one hour after opening back up for investment.

Bidding opened around noon EST on a $1M Long Island City development. It was the same story when the eREIT opened in December, and then again in January, begging the question: Why not open it up to, say, $2M?
