NovaCopy To Anchor Sylvan Station

NovaCopy will be the anchor tenant at the mixed-use Sylvan Station at 4100 Charlotte Ave, leasing 20k SF. The office tech company will take the top two floors of the building, which will be developed by a partnership in which NovaCopy CEO Darren Metz holds a majority.

The company will relocate to Sylvan Station within a year, The Tennessean reports. The building's ground floor will include about 10k SF for restaurant or retail tenants. [Tenn]
