Mississippi Investor Snaps Up AmeriPlex For $26M

StateStreet Group

StateStreet Group acquired the 293k SF AmeriPlex warehouse and office development at 1508 Elm Hill Pike for more than $26M. The Jackson, MS-based buyer is no stranger to the Nashville market, since the deal means the company now owns seven properties locally. "We continue to look for additional quality assets," says StateStreet president John Ditto.

AmeriPlex's tenant roster includes Bridgestone, DHL and Epiphone. The seller was Holladay Properties, which bought the property's 36-acre site in 2007 and developed additional buildings in 2009, the Nashville Business Journal reports. As the economy improved, Holladay built more warehouse and office space. [NBJ]
