Al. Neyer Plans New Hyatt In Franklin

Al. Neyer LLC is planning a 122-room Hyatt House as part of the Mallory Green project, which also includes a 175k SF office building. The hotelier wants to open a business-class hotel. Mallory Green would also include a 119-room Staybridge Suites, reports the Nashville Business Journal.

The hotel would be the first development in Nashville for Cincinnati-based Al. Neyer, after it withdrew from plans to buy Franklin's A-Game Sportsplex and convert it into office space earlier this year. Franklin's planning commission will vote on Al. Neyer's plans on Nov. 17. [NBJ]
