The seven-story Wren, a $144M luxury building with 362 units, is set to open in South Park in DTLA.

The development, set to open in February, will have rents from around $1,850 to $6,200/month and range from 487 SF to 1,750 SF/unit for studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Wren also has 22 two-story townhomes fronting Hill and Olive streets.

Wren is designed by Togawa Smith Martin, and the interior decor of the units, including wide plank flooring and quartz counters, is being done by Mercedes Fernandez Interior Design, Urbanize LA reports.

There also is a 4k SF restaurant with outdoor seating next to a landscaped greenspace.

The development was built as a partnership between Mack Urban, AECOM Capital and Capri Capital. [ULA]
