Charles Dunn Co completed a 1031 exchange for $2.3M for an apartment building at 4351 Normal Ave in East Hollywood.

The 12-unit property has four studios, two one-bedroom apartments and six two-bedroom apartments.

The interiors of the units have been updated in the century-old building, according to Multi-Housing News.

Charles Dunn senior director Bryan Glenn repped the seller, a private investor in LA.
