Tighe Architecture
Historic Filipinotown, not far from Echo Park, is getting a new mixed-use development. Built by 4Site Real Estate, the development is joining other mixed-use projects new to the neighborhood.
Designed by Tighe Architecture, the four-story development at 2510 Temple St will include 47 apartments and about 2k SF of restaurant space on the ground level.
There will be a swimming pool, spa and gym as well as a parking garage at the back of the 0.65-acre site, according to Urbanize LA.
