Another mixed-use development is coming to the Howard Hughes Center in Westchester.
The Village at Howard Hughes Center (5901 Center Dr) is being built on nearly three acres near the Promenade at Howard Hughes Center (above).
The project will have 375 apartments, 1,500 SF of retail space, courtyards and rooftop decks, according to Urbanize LA.
Van Tilburg, Banyard & Soderbergh is the project's architect, according to permits filed with the LA Department of Building & Safety.
Mill Creek Residential Trust in Dallas is developing the project. The Village at Howard Hughes Center could be completed in 2018. [ULA]
