The Academy, a proposed mixed-use complex in Hollywood, has a new look.
A new environmental impact report from the LA Department of City Planning shows the project would have a combination of high-rise and low-rise buildings with nearly 500k SF of residences, office, stores and restaurants.
Kilroy Realty plans to redevelop the 3.5-acre site at Vine Street and De Longpre and Ivar avenues, according to Urbanize LA.
The development, designed by Shimoda Design Group, is seeking LEED Gold certification. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q3 and be completed in late 2018 or early 2019. [ULA]
