Here's a first look at the new renderings for the seven-story, Micropolitan at Chandler, a proposed mixed-use development in North Hollywood.

The project would be built on about a half-acre site at the intersection of Chandler Boulevard and Tujunga Avenue. It would hold 82 apartments with 1k SF of ground-floor retail space, according to Urbanize LA.

The project is being developed by Micropolitan, a subsidiary of Psomas. [ULA]
