A new 16-story mixed-use building would bring a hotel and condos to Koreatown, according to plans filed with the city.
The tower at 3800 West 6th St would have the hotel on the second through seventh floors with condos taking up the eighth through 16th floors.
A conditional use permit also has been requested to serve alcoholic beverages, Urbanize LA reports.
There's a lot happening in Koreatown these days.
Jamison Services is building a mixed-use project at 3060 W Olympic Blvd designed by KTGY Group.
Urban Commons filed plans last November to build a 10-story hotel and residential project at Sixth Street and Harvard Boulevard. [ULA]
