A new, 200-room hotel is planned for Sixth Street and Harvard Boulevard in Koreatown.
The 10-story project also would include retail space and apartments.
Urban Commons filed plans with the LA Department of City Planning last week, Curbed reports.
The ground floor and second floor would have 18k SF of commercial space.
Forty-four apartments and the 200 hotel rooms would make up the upper eight stories. [Curbed]
