Exclusive Photos: Construction Progressing at $500M Mixed-Use Towers

Our pal Roy Reel at Harley Ellis Devereaux just sent us these exclusive construction shots of Circa, the $500M mixed-use project being developed by Jamison Services at 1200 S Fig, across from Staples Center.

Rebar and concrete are beginning to rise, while cranes are in place to create the circular towers. The two, 36-story towers will consist of 648 units. It's a JV of Jamison, Hankey Investment Co, Falcon California Investments and Highlands Capital. LendLease is the GC, and Harley Ellis is the designer.

The 1.6M SF project will include an eighth floor "amenity deck," which will have a circular lounge pool, outdoor fire pits, a library-wine bar and a whole lot more. Construction is expected to complete in September 2017.
