Cranes are back at work on CIM Group's big hotel and residential complex above the Sunset Strip, Building LA reports. Suffolk Construction COO Min Zavarella, who's under construction on the project, told us a few months ago he expects the hotel project will become a point of destination when it's completed in Q3 '16. The project consists of two 10-story hotel towers containing 296 keys and two eight-story residential towers with 190 apartments. The project has been a long time coming, originally approved some 15 years ago, but held up by litigation and the recession.
