Aircraft Factory Adds Five New Creative Tenants

Five tenants locked in space at the iconic Aircraft Factory in Hammersmith. The 78k SF building produced Mosquito bombers during World War II but has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to provide creative office space, private roof terraces and landscaped communal areas.

Over 60k SF has been let. Vista Entertainment, a software company serving the film industry, took 6k SF on the ground floor. Australia-based Swisse Wellness took 3k SF on the first floor. KAU Media, a digital marketing agency, secured 2,500 SF on the first floor. Firefly Learning has taken 3,800 SF on the fourth floor. Moley acquired the final incubator unit to develop the first "Robotic Kitchen."

Only 10k SF remains available over two floors at £57.50/SF.

CBRE, Frost Meadowcroft and HNG acted for Aircraft Factory. Swisse Wellness was advised by JLL and Firefly Learning was advised by Colliers.
