Over 60k SF has been let. Vista Entertainment, a software company serving the film industry, took 6k SF on the ground floor. Australia-based Swisse Wellness took 3k SF on the first floor. KAU Media, a digital marketing agency, secured 2,500 SF on the first floor. Firefly Learning has taken 3,800 SF on the fourth floor. Moley acquired the final incubator unit to develop the first "Robotic Kitchen."
