Palace Capital Sells Siburton Properties For £1.2M

Palace Capital sold the freehold of its Argent House and Argent Court properties in Surrey for £1.2M, £300k over the book value of the property.

The property is comprised of one 12k SF office building and six two-story business units that come in around 15k SF, according to BDaily. Palace Capital acquired the property in October 2013 from Quintain Estates and Development.
