Hogan Lovells Kicks Off Search For London HQ

International law firm Hogan Lovells is looking to consolidate its three London offices into one 350k SF building. Most of the firm has been accommodated in Atlantic House since 2001, according to Legal Week, but the firm also has space at Meriden House. Those leases are set to expire in 2026, with break clauses in 2019 and 2023.

The news comes just as competing firm Bird & Bird moved into its new 147k SF at New Fetter Lane last week. [LW]
