Derwent London Sells Fitzrovia Property

75 Wells Lane

Derwent London sold the long leasehold on 75 Wells Lane in the heart of Fitzrovia, according to Bdaily. The deal comes after about two and a half months of negotiations spanning through Brexit.

The six-storey 34k SF refurbished office with some retail space was snapped up for £41M by an undisclosed private investor. The property demands about £1.2M in annual rent and is let by multiple tenants. [BD]
