Deka Buys One St. Peter's Square In Manchester

Deka Immobilien paid £164M for One St. Peter’s Square in Manchester to the JV of Argent and The Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund.

The development was completed in September 2014 and totals 288k SF of Grade-A office and retail space arranged across ground and 13 upper floors. The property is multi-let with tenants that include KPMG, DLA Piper, Addleshaw Goddard and Mazars, along with Drake & Morgan and Fumo in the retail units.

Savills and CBRE repped Deka Immobilien. Bilfinger GVA repped the JV between Argent and The Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund.
