Caddick Developments Completes Exterior For £140M Vauxhall Sky Gardens

Caddick Developments finished the first phase of its first London mixed-use development, Vauxhall Sky Gardens. The £140M development will feature 202 private apartments, two penthouses and 35 affordable apartments. Seven floors of commercial office space will also be available.

The building’s primary amenity is a 22k SF "sky garden," according to Business Quarter. All of the apartments and commercial spaces have been forward sold. The building will completed in 2017. [BQ]
