Wallacespace let the entire office space at 15 Artillery Lane. The provider of off-site meeting and “thinking space” inked a 15-year lease on 12k SF on the upper floors. Manicomio restaurant occupies the ground floor.
The office is recently refurbished and features several rooftop terraces with views across Spitafields and City skylines, bicycle storage and a manned reception. It’s also a few minutes' walk to Shoreditch High Street station.
