55 Bishopsgate Signs New Bank Tenant And Reaches 100% Occupancy

Hampshire Trust Bank signed a 10-year lease with Schroder Real Estate to occupy the first floor at 55 Bishopsgate. The new office is about 21k SF. The bank is paying about £61/SF.

The building is now 100% occupied. Schroder Real Estate plans to create a new contemporary reception and enhanced tenant amenities including showers and cycling facilities.

CBRE, GM Real Estate, Strutt & Parker, BC Retail and KWM acted for Schroders.
