Regal Homes Bringing More Apartments To Queen's Park

Regal Homes plans to build a new multifamily development at 3-7 The Avenue, Queens Park, in the London Borough of Brent.

The Avenue will feature 33 one-bedroom units, 23 two-bedroom units and 18 three-bedroom apartments, six of which will be allocated to Shared Ownership. The parking structure will have 57 spaces.

Residents will be within walking distance of Brondesbury Park and Brondesbury rail stations, as well as Queen’s Park underground. Groundbreaking is set for Q3 2016.

The area is bustling with new developments, including The Residence in nearby West Hampstead, St. Pancras Place and King’s Cross Quarter, both in King’s Cross, and Royal Quay in Limehouse.

The first completions at The Avenue are scheduled to take place in 2018.
