Galliard Homes And U+I Team Up For £200M Regeneration Project

Galliard Homes and U+I will team up to transform the Westminster Industrial Estate in Charlton into a new £200M creative style urban district for London.

Adjacent to  the Thames Barrier, the historic six-acre site will provide 450 residential units and creative workspace units around new public areas. The proposals will be designed by architects and master planners Studio Egret West.

The project is part of a larger regeneration scheme that will eventually provide up to 5,000 homes and a vibrant riverfront.
