Singapore JV Buys 120 Holborn

A JV between investor UOL Group and Pte snapped up 120 Holborn, a 340k SF midtown mixed-use project, for about £229M.

120 Holborn comprises a nine-storey building, ground-floor retail and 58 residential units, all let on long leases. Office tenants include hospitality company Whitbread Group, Trainline and Secret Escapes, according to CoStar.

The JV paid a deposit of £23M, and the balance of the purchase price will be paid on the completion of the transaction on 10 November 2016.
