AshbyCapital and Exemplar are among the first to benefit from the renaissance of Tottenham Court Road, with this week’s launch of their project, The Avenue, a new office and retail property.

Spread over seven floors, The Avenue provides 71K SF of office space and 14K SF of retail. It is 100 meters from the entrance to the newly refurbished Tottenham Court Road station and is set to benefit not only from the additional transport connections offered by Crossrail, but also the wider regeneration of the area, including the £40M West End Project that is underway. This includes the creation of a new car-free boulevard down Tottenham Court Road, wider footpaths, a new pocket park directly outside The Avenue and a new park immediately behind Tottenham Court Road at Alfred Place. Floors 4 through 7 include roof terraces with impressive London views of the iconic British Museum and beyond.

Skyscanner, a global travel technology company, has already leased the top three floors. Following the letting to Skyscanner, 47K SF remains at the building, set over four contiguous floors, which is being marketed by joint agents CBRE and Savills. Agents for the retail are CBRE and Nash Bond.
