Brokerage firm NAI Global is on the expansion trail in Europe, with new tie-ups in the UK and Paris.

Tenant rep specialist COREP Group is to become NAI UK. The company is focused on the acquisition and disposition of real estate for occupiers in the office and industrial sectors.

NAI UK also has a project management arm (CORE Project Services) that offers build-out experience, a flexible office platform (CORE Working) and transaction management services capability to a range of clients on their global portfolios.

Sim Khatkar serves the office as managing director, while Matt Swash, Sean Cleaver and Spencer Meredith round out the leadership team as senior directors. NAI UK primarily operates from two offices: one in central London and the other in the Thames Valley. The leadership team plans to grow from its current staff of 12 to 15 or more professionals by year’s end.

In Paris, Patrick Peris of Paris Capital has become a member of NAI Global Unlimited, an affiliation of brokers, and will now have access to NAI Global’s capital markets team as well as other resources, while also serving the firm in the Paris area with transaction management services.

A former investment banker, Peris is focused on capital markets and family offices, working primarily in investment sales, financing development deals and providing refinancing services to investors. Peris started his career with Morgan Stanley and later worked with Merrill Lynch in Paris and in London.

In 2021, NAI launched NAI Global Unlimited, a commercial real estate brokerage for individual brokers looking to expand their network to better service clients worldwide.
