The competitive property industry just got a little more intense. And sweatier.

This July marks the launch of the Mud, Sweat & Tears competition, a 24-hour physical and mental challenge to find the toughest property team in the U.K. Teams from DP9, South Kensington Estates, Fawcett Mead, Ds2, Macdonald & Co. and others will compete across 100 kilometers of obstacles and a 500-foot climb for the coveted trophy.

Bisnow will be cheering on friend and Macdonald & Co. managing director Peter Moore, who is putting together a team of the toughest and smartest players in the property industry. The competition kicks of on July 27 at Devil’s Dyke, Brighton, with the finish line at Winchester.

Mud, Sweat & Tears was created in support of Every Life For A Reason, a charity that helps to improve the care, facilities and equipment available to disabled children.
