Shoe lovers, rejoice! You don't have to go to Dallas anymore to get your red-soled glamor on. Christian Louboutin will open its first Houston boutique (19th in the US) in the Galleria next fall. Look for it in the wing by Neiman Marcus. The Galleria is now undergoing a $30M renovation of the luxury wing and is bulking up its luxury offerings. Overall, Simon is dropping $250M on the flagship mall.
