Latest White Oak Music Hall Lawsuit Takes Aim At The City

Residents near White Oak Music Hall plan to file another lawsuit against the city over the controversial music venue. Attorney Chris Feldman held a news conference to announce the suit, accusing city leaders of failing to properly enforce the city's sound ordinance. The lawsuit is the latest in a series of legal battles between the residents of Near Northside and the venue. Residents take issue with the outdoor stage and indoor concerts, citing bass so loud it shakes their homes. The trial is expected to start in October.
