Parmenter Realty Partners and Colvill Office Properties held a special Valentine's broker event this week at Westchase Park Plaza. Colvill is actively marketing three full floors (72k SF) of the 232k SF property. The team (Parmenter's Josh Hedderich and Delishea Dennis, Colvill's Tripp Pruet, property manager Kimberly Guillory and Colvill's Win Haggard) presented their guests with red wine and chocolates. Parmenter recently completed major renovations at the 10-story tower, including mechanical systems and chillers, elevator modernization, new landscaping and a new ground floor.
