West Memorial Place II Tops Out

West Memorial Place II, the second phase of Skanska’s Energy Corridor development, has topped out. It’s on pace to deliver in Q2 ’16. The 385k SF Class-A office building is 42% leased, thanks to IHI E&C signing for 160k SF earlier this year. Tenants will enjoy an outdoor courtyard and on-site café with access to an outdoor seating area adjacent to Terry Hershey Park. The tree that was hoisted will be removed, get some TLC, and be planted on the 12-acre site that’s home to both LEED Platinum office buildings. HOK designed both West Memorial Place facilities. So far, 95% of construction waste has been recycled.
