Upper Kirby District Moves HQ To Newly Renovated Office

The Upper Kirby District is planting its HQ in The Plaza at Audley, a newly renovated office as 3120 Southwest Freeway in Houston's Upper Kirby area.

Upper Kirby District president Jamie Brewster said Stream's building met specifics needs in its search, including a central location within the district, proximity to Levy Park, first-floor storefront presence, large conference space for public meetings and easy access.

Stream acquired The Plaza at Audley with ANICO in 2012. Since, the partnership has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation program that has updated almost every aspect of the space.

In addition to The Upper Kirby District, Bickham Law and Academy Mortage inked leases for a combined 12k SF. Stream VP Craig McKenna repped the landlord in each transaction.
