Capital improvements are on the way at Three Riverway, a 395K SF office tower in the northern portion of the Uptown submarket. Unilev Management Corp., whose corporate offices are in the Riverway complex, has invested $3M in renovations that will modernize the building’s common areas. Plans include a lobby, plaza and garage transformation that will improve access to the building. All renovations are set to be complete by summer 2017.

Three Riverway is 80% occupied. CBRE's Steve Rocher, Kristen Rabel and Parker Duffie handle leasing at Three Riverway on behalf of Unilev. Unilev has been updating portions of the Riverway complex for a few years now.
