Swift Energy Backfills Exxon Space

Swift Energy is leasing 120k SF in Five Greenspoint Place, moving into Exxon's former space in Q2. The firm, which had planned to pre-lease Five Chasewood, doesn't have far to go; it's just moving its HQ from Two Greenspoint Place. Swift will have room for future expansion in its new digs, the Houston Business Journal reports. Five Greenspoint is a 461k SF building owned by Hines and leased by Colvill's Damon Thames, Tripp Pruet and Chip Colvill. JLL's Garrold Parratt and Chad Baker repped the tenant. [HBJ]
