PMRG secured a new 100k SF lease for Neighbors Health at Richmond Park Westchase at 10800 Richmond Ave. The Houston-based company relocated its corporate HQ and centralized local operations at the five-story, 98k SF office building operated by Zenith Real Estate Group.
