PMRG Inks 100k SF Headquarters Relocation Lease

PMRG secured a new 100k SF lease for Neighbors Health at Richmond Park Westchase at 10800 Richmond Ave. The Houston-based company relocated its corporate HQ and centralized local operations at the five-story, 98k SF office building operated by Zenith Real Estate Group. PMRG’s Michael Sieger and Marci Phillips repped the landlord, and Colliers International’s Chadd Bolding, Jay Kyle and Bob Parsley repped the tenant.

PMRG has repped Zenith in 24 new leases totaling over 230k SF in Westchase's Class-B product over the past 24 months. What's behind the Class-B success? "Over the last couple of years, Zenith has taken a systematic approach to improving their real estate holdings. That commitment has proven to create a significant advantage in today’s marketplace, despite the overall downturn that is being seen across the city during the same time span,” Michael said.
