In July, all 2,200 Houston-area employees of Phillips 66 will move into the company's new global HQ in Westchase. The campus is off Beltway 8 between Westheimer and Briar Forest.

The move will relocate employees from four properties, reports the Houston Business Journal: The Pinnacle Building at 3010 Briarpark Dr, The Reserve Building at 3250 Briarpark Dr, One Briarlake Plaza at 2000 W Sam Houston Pkwy S and 600 North Dairy Ashford.

The 14-acre campus features two office towers—13 and 15 stories—connected by a 3k SF bridge and an eight-floor parking garage. Rhode Island-based Gilbane Building Co is the general contractor, and St. Louis-based HOK designed the exterior and interiors of the campus. [HBJ]
