Palo Alto-based tech giant HP Inc pre-leased 378k SF of office space at Springwoods Village, the 2,000-acre mixed-use community in north Houston. The campus will house roughly 2,400 employees. Construction is expected to begin in early 2017 with a completion date in Q3 2018. The campus will be east of CityPlace at Springwoods Village, and a bridge will connect HP's campus to CityPlace Plaza. Patrinely, CDC Houston and USAA Real Estate will develop the new buildings.

“With Exxon Mobil, Southwestern Energy and CHI St. Luke’s open for business, and ABS and HP moving here, it is becoming clear that major employers are recognizing the benefits of Springwoods Village’s location and its high-quality walkable and mixed-use environment,” CDC Houston EVP Keith Simon said in a release.

CBRE's Brandon Clarke, Charles Gordon, Alexander Somerville, Ryan Roth and Andrew Zeplain repped HP in the pre-lease, and JLL's Chrissy Wilson and Patrinely Group's Dennis Tarro repped the landlord.
