A prime piece of real estate in Midtown has changed hands. With the help of Bejjani & Associates, PLC Capital purchased the Greensheet building for an undisclosed price. The 50k SF, five-story building sits on 1.3 acres across from the new Midtown Park.

PLC Capital plans to renovate the building facade, update the interior and add approximately 10k SF of ground-level retail designed by Studio RED. The space will hit the market at the end of June. Though the office market has been slowing in many submarkets, Midtown remains strong with occupancy for Class-B space at approximately 94.9%.

The renovated facility will be perfect for those seeking to enjoy all the benefits of Midtown, especially Midtown Park. The park is under construction with a formal lawn, performance pavilions, two restaurants, playgrounds, gardens and a dog park. Fox Sports plans to stage coverage of the upcoming Super Bowl from the new park.
