Former Exxon Greenway Campus Changes Hands

Exxon Mobil's Upstream Research Campus in the Greenway submarket has a new owner. Spear Street Capital and Transwestern announced the acquisition of the 16.9-acre plot at 3120 Buffalo Speedway. The property has been part of Exxon  Mobil's portfolio since the 1950s, but was vacated as part of the energy giant's move to Spring. The property was marketed and sold by JLL's Ronnie Deyo, Rudy Hubbard and Kevin McConn. Additional details were not made available.
