Breaking News: Energy Tower IV Reaches 35% Pre-leased

With mere days left before the building delivers, Mac Haik inked a lease with Synergen Consulting in Energy Tower IV.

Mac Haik director of leasing Steve Bryant (here with wife Melissa), who handled the deal with Brandon Poynter, tells us Synergen is taking 11k SF in the building. Energy Tower IV is the fourth and final Class-A office building in the 2M SF Energy Plaza. It still has floors 11 through 17 available, 185k SF of contiguous space. Cresa VP Rollie Andre repped the tenant.
