Amegy Banks Opens Its Doors In Esperson

The build-out of Amegy Bank's new space in Esperson, including a 4,600 SF retail branch and 11k SF private banking suite, is complete. IA Interior Architects, which also calls Esperson home, handled design for its new neighbors. The space will add a contemporary look within the historical building, a theme among tenants. The bank's first deposit was made by Charles Zube, president of Endurance Builders, the project contractor, reports the Houston Chronicle. Amegy will soon move its HQ to Amegy Tower, under construction at 1717 West Loop near the Galleria. [Chron]
