The build-out of Amegy Bank's new space in Esperson, including a 4,600 SF retail branch and 11k SF private banking suite, is complete. IA Interior Architects, which also calls Esperson home, handled design for its new neighbors. The space will add a contemporary look within the historical building, a theme among tenants. The bank's first deposit was made by Charles Zube, president of Endurance Builders, the project contractor, reports the Houston Chronicle.
