Stream Realty closed the sale of 16001 Park Ten, totaling 137K SF, at an undisclosed price on behalf of a Dallas-based investor. The building just west of Houston's Energy Corridor is 100% vacant and will immediately undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation, including pre-leasing speculative suites.

Stream's Ryan Bishop represented Spirit Realty in the sale. Brad Fricks and Ryan Bishop with Stream will oversee leasing and Phoebe Gregg will oversee property management services for the building.
