Coming off a Texans win, we'll take any excuse we can to write about JJ Watt. After signing a six-year, nine-figure contract, it's no surprise the superstar is putting his surprisingly affordable Pearland abode up for sale.
Watt purchased the 4,200 SF home in 2011 for about $400k. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is on a quarter-acre lot. It features a saltwater pool, a patio with pergola and an outdoor kitchen. For just $465k you can live in the same home and breathe the same air as JJ Watt. That's a deal.
