Ivy Lofts Named First 'Miracle High-Rise' In The Nation

The Ivy Lofts are just racking up the firsts. Novel Creative's new development is already Houston's first micro-unit project, and now it's been named the first "Miracle High-Rise" for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Novel Creative will make a generous donation to CMNH for each unit sold.

RE/MAX Inner Loop will be handling sales at The Ivy Lofts. RE/MAX has a strong relationship with CMNH, having raised $138M for the system since 1992. Texas Children's Hospital is the largest freestanding children's hospital in the nation, providing patient care regardless of families' ability to pay.
