Midway Plans 60-Acre Mixed-Use Project for College Station

Houston-based development firm Midway Cos is developing a large mixed-use project near Texas A&M University called Century Square. It will have 60 acres of retail, restaurant and entertainment; 90k SF of modern/contemporary Class-A office space; on-site apartments; and two full-service luxury hotels developed with The Valencia Group. The development will be anchored by a 40k SF Studio Movie Grill, a Blaze Pizza and Neighbors Emergency Center College Station. Midway's portfolio consists of 44M SF of properties—either completed or in the pipeline—in 23 states and in Northern Mexico.
