No Trader Joe's At Elan Memorial Park As Retail Spots Fill Up

Leasing at Greystar's new mixed-use development, Elan Memorial Park, is nearly complete. Finley's Barber Shop, Fizz Nail Lounge, Salt Yoga Studio, The Union Kitchen, and Yellow Cup Coffee have all inked leases at the development. Mitla Taco was supposed to open earlier this year, but EDGE Realty's Lacee Jacobs confirmed things did not work out, and Mitla will not have a location at the development, though it is still on the official site plan. Jacobs said there is only one 1K SF retail spot left at Elan Memorial Park. Rumors have circulated of a potential Trader Joe's, but it appears those were just rumors.

Elan Memorial Park is a Greystar mixed-use project at 920 Westcott at the western end of the Washington Corridor.
