Trademark Property and Westside Ventures are moving forward with an 82-acre mixed-use project at the northwest corner of I-10 and Mason. Details for the unnamed project are sparse; no phasing or construction timeline has been set, reports the Houston Business Journal. Westside owns the 107-acre tract where the development will be. Trademark is renovating Rice Village and developed Market Street in The Woodlands in 2004.
